These terms govern your use of https://bulin47.link ("Bulin47"). By using the site you agree to them, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. Contact: support@bulin47.link.

Who can use Bulin47

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Bulin47.

What Bulin47 does

Bulin47 makes short AI freestyle remake videos. You upload one photo of yourself (or an adult who agreed), choose length and quality, and an AI video model generates a new vertical clip that puts you into our fixed freestyle performance template.

• The on-site flow uses a fixed freestyle instruction. You do not write a free-text prompt on the main create page.
• Videos are generated by third-party AI services we contract with (listed in our Privacy Policy). Bulin47 is our own product and is not made or endorsed by those providers.
• Bulin47 is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, or their labels. Related names are used only descriptively.

Consent for every photo

Before every video you must tick a box that says, in substance:

This is me, or I have this person’s permission. They are 18 or older, and the photo is not of a celebrity or public figure. I agree to the Acceptable Use Policy.

We store the date and the wording you agreed to with each video. By ticking it, you confirm that:

• You took the photo or have the right to use it.
• Every person shown is you or an adult who agreed to be in this video, and you can show that they agreed if we ask.
• Nobody shown is under 18, or a celebrity / public figure used without authorization.
• The video is not sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise unlawful, and is not meant to make people believe a real person said or did something they did not.

If any of this is not true, do not start the video. You keep ownership of your uploads. You give us a limited license to process them only to generate your video, run safety checks and deliver the result.

Prohibited uses

The full list is in the Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you may not use Bulin47 to:

• Create sexual or sexually suggestive content of any person.
• Make a video of anyone who did not agree to it.
• Impersonate, defame, harass or mislead about a real person.
• Depict minors in any way.
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
• Get around credit limits or safety checks, including by creating multiple accounts.

We may block a generation, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

The AI-generated label

Every video Bulin47 makes is AI-generated. Where we label it that way on the site or in downloads, you agree to:

• keep that label, and not remove or hide it;
• say the video is AI-generated wherever you post it, for example by turning on TikTok's AI-generated content label or the equivalent on other platforms;
• never present the video as real footage of a person or an event.

Generated videos

Subject to these terms and to the rights of the people in your photos, you may use the videos you generate, including posting them on TikTok, Reels, Shorts and other platforms. AI output can be imperfect or unexpected; review every video before you post it. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos.

Credits and payments

• Every video uses credits. Credits are bought in one-time packs; there are no subscriptions unless we later offer one and you opt in.
• Credit cost depends on length and resolution shown in the product UI before you start.
• Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Credits for a failed generation are refunded automatically.
• Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record / payment partner Waffo Pancake. Charges appear on your statement under the name shown at checkout. Taxes may be calculated at checkout where required.
• Refunds for purchases follow the Refund Policy. If you dispute a payment, unused credits from that purchase may be taken back.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or discontinue features. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for credits in the 12 months before the claim.
