Refund Policy

Short version: failed generations are refunded automatically, and an unused credit pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate or times out, the credits charged for it go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us. If our content-safety check blocks a finished video and we do not deliver it, the credits go back to your balance.

Unused credit packs

If you bought a credit pack in the last 7 days and have not used any of its credits, email support@bulin47.link from your account email and we will refund the full purchase price.

Partly used credit packs

Credit packs that have been partly used are not refundable, because the generation cost has already been paid to our AI provider. Your remaining credits never expire.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you were charged twice or charged in error because of a billing fault on our side, email us with the order / transaction ID and we will refund the erroneous charge.

Payment disputes

If you dispute a payment with your bank instead of asking us, the credits from that purchase that you have not used may be taken back. Emailing us first is usually faster.

How refunds are paid

Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record / payment partner Waffo Pancake. Charges appear on your statement under the name shown at checkout. Prices may include applicable sales tax or VAT calculated at checkout.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they appear within 5–10 business days.
