Privacy Policy

Bulin47 ("we", "us") operates https://bulin47.link, a service that turns one photo of you into a short AI freestyle remake video. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it, and how long we keep it. Questions: support@bulin47.link.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address when you sign in with email, or your name, email address and profile picture from Google when you sign in with Google.
• Uploads: the photo you add for a video. Everyone in it must be you or an adult who agreed to be in the video.
• Generated videos: the videos made for you, plus details such as length, resolution, date and status.
• Consent records: the date and wording of the box you tick before every video, stored with that video.
• Credits and purchases: your credit balance, credit history and a record of each purchase (amount, pack, date). Card details are handled entirely by our payment partner; we never see or store card numbers.
• Abuse prevention: IP address and basic device/browser information, used to rate-limit requests and stop abuse.
• Usage analytics: aggregated page views and the steps of making a video, without your photos or email where possible.

We do not use your photos to identify you outside providing the Service, and we never use them for advertising.

How we use it

• To generate, store and deliver your videos.
• To run credits, purchases, refunds, payment disputes and support.
• To enforce our content rules: no minors, no public figures without authorization, no one who did not agree, no sexual or harassing content, nothing meant to mislead people about what a real person said or did.
• To send the service emails you asked for, such as purchase receipts or "your video is ready". Every non-essential email has an unsubscribe link where required.

Who receives your photo

Your photo is sent only to the service providers below, only to make and check your video:

• AI video generation: a provider of AI video / motion-control models (for example via Kie and related model hosts) makes your remake from your photo and our fixed freestyle template.
• Hosting and storage: our cloud host stores the site, database and media files.
• Content safety: where enabled, automated checks may run on uploads or outputs.

None of them may use your photos for their own advertising, and we do not use your photos or videos to train our own AI models. You can ask support@bulin47.link for the current list of these providers.

Other processors

• Payments: Waffo Pancake (Merchant of Record) and related processors handle checkout and card data. Charges appear on your statement under the name shown at checkout.
• Sign-in: Google, when you choose Sign in with Google. Sign-in codes and service emails may be sent through our email provider (for example Resend).
• Visit statistics: privacy-friendly analytics may count page visits (page, referring site, country, device type) without advertising cookies where configured that way.

We do not sell personal data.

Google user data

When you choose Sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account, and nothing else we do not need for sign-in. We use them only to sign you in, to show who is signed in, and to send the service emails described above. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, do not share it except with the processors listed above that run the service, and do not use it to train AI models. You can remove our access at any time in your Google Account security settings, and deleting your account deletes this data from our systems subject to the retention rules below.

Bulin47's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos are kept only as long as needed to generate your video and handle support or disputes, then deleted from active storage. Do not rely on us as a backup of your originals.
• Finished videos stay in your library until you delete them or your account. After you delete a video, links stop working; we may keep a private copy for up to 180 days after delivery to answer payment disputes (chargebacks), then delete it for good.
• Consent records and safety decisions may be kept for up to 2 years as a compliance record.
• Abuse-prevention records (IP / device signals) are kept for up to 90 days.
• Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Your choices

• Delete videos from your library when the product provides that control, or email support.
• Delete your account through settings or by emailing support@bulin47.link; we complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep for disputes, accounting or law.
• To access or correct your data, email support@bulin47.link.
• If a video made with Bulin47 shows you without your agreement, email us and we act as soon as reasonably possible, usually within 24 hours.

We use essential cookies such as the sign-in session cookie. We do not use advertising cookies to sell your data.

Children

Bulin47 is not intended for anyone under 18, and photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
